Speak Up Line

A direct, confidential way for staff to raise a concern with the Board of Directors — outside the usual management chain.

How this works

  1. 1

Write your concern in the form. No name, email, role, or program is asked for.

  2. 2

Your email app opens with a message already addressed to the Board Chair and filled in with what you wrote.

  3. 3

You review and send it yourself, from whichever email account you're comfortable using.

Nothing is stored here

  • This page doesn't save or transmit anything on its own — it only prepares an email for you to send.
  • No submission log, database, or copy is kept by TACT staff or leadership.

Staying anonymous

  • Send from a personal or webmail address if you'd rather not be identified by your work email.
  • Check that your name isn't in your email signature before sending.
  • Only include details you're comfortable sharing — the concern itself is what matters most.

For anything urgent involving immediate safety, please also contact your program supervisor or emergency services directly — this line is best for concerns that can wait for Board review.

This tool is a quick way to reach the Board directly and isn't a replacement for TACT's official HR or whistleblower policies. Adapt the routing above if those policies name a different contact.
